As an aspiring couch potato, I am most intrigued by the sectional cushions and their longevity but with Sabai’s Repair don’t replace sustainability initiative I can simply replace the cushioning or any part if needed. There is so much to love about the company, the materials and their design. I love that there are options to have one bench cushion or individual seat cushions. The options and configurations are limitless. The customer service has been amazing, responsive and given great recommendations. My fiancé and I are seriously considering the Essential Sectional and getting an extra chaise for some double chaise action! We love our experience so far and plan to order by the end of the week so that it will be here to support us through this last trimester, into postpartum and beyond.

Hi Cindy! Great questions. I find the sofa medium firm with a little give after two years. The cushions have high-resiliency foam (so there is a bit of bounce back), and the pillows are fiber fill and still super plush/supportive.

The wrinkles you’re seeing are the fabric itself, which I like because it helps the covers slide off more easily. So, yes! You can definitely remove the covers on the cushions/pillows (I’m just lazy!). They can be machine washed on cold/delicate, but the couch also spot cleans like a champ for more minor spills, etc.
