If you know you get hot easily, traveling with a neck fan is a great trick. Sometimes with some airlines, while you are waiting for them to close the door of the airplane it can be very hot, so it’s very useful. Same as your are traveling to a hot country. And very convenient.

If you buy a water bottle with a filter, make sure it can filter out microorganisms too – not all of them do, and that’s what may get you really sick! I also like to take a probiotic starting the first couple weeks before travel 🙂
